14. This loan is made in Clark County, Nevada and subject to the laws of the State of Nevada.

15. All parties agree that disputes are to be settled by the American Arbitration Association in Las Vegas, Nevada.

16. The bringer of any dispute shall pay the filing fees of both sides to the American Arbitration Association.
